Hi, I'm Vemula Rithika

Hello and welcome to my portfolio! I completed my secondary education at ST.Joseph's Convent School High School in 2020 with a score of 100%. Following this, I pursued an M.P.C. program in intermediate education, achieving a 98.4% score in 2022. Currently pursuing my graduation in Information Technology from B V Raju Institute of Technology with a CGPA of 8.8 .

I have good knowledge in programming skills like Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, MongoDB, Postman. With these skills, I have done a couple of projects like YouTube Transcript Summarizer and Translator using NLP and Real-time competitive intelligence tool for e-commerce businesses.

I enjoy watching cricket and listening to music. I also oraganised and volunteering in many technical events in our college.

PROJECTS

Project 1: YouTube Transcript Summarizer and Translator

Developed a web application using Streamlit, Python, Google Gemini, and the YouTube Transcript API to automate transcript extraction and enhance accessibility. The application extracts video transcripts in real-time, uses Google Gemini for AI-driven summarization, and integrates Google Translator for multilingual support.

Designed a responsive, user-friendly interface ensuring seamless extraction, summarization, and translation across devices. Implemented error handling for videos without transcripts and optimized API interactions to minimize latency. Focused on building a lightweight, scalable, and accessible platform that enhances user experience by delivering quick and accurate results.

Project 2: Real-time competitive intelligence tool for e-commerce

Developed a real-time competitive intelligence tool for e-commerce businesses. It provides actionable insights by monitoring competitor pricing, discount strategies, and customer sentiment. • Used BeautifulSoup to extract competitor product pricing and discounts. Used a pre-trained Hugging Face sentiment analysis model to analyze reviews.Utilized ARIMA to predict future pricing trends based on the historical data.
